Full-Stack Developer (AI-assisted)

We're a small US-based team building software for the cannabis industry.

We're looking for a junior full-stack developer who likes working from clear specs, following patterns, and iterating in small steps.
You'll work within our plugin and template structure: we provide the boundaries, you build inside them.
Tasks will be well-defined. We'll train you on our tools, including AI-assisted development.

Strong learnability and written communication matter more than years of experience. We're looking for self-directed learners.

What we need:
Reliable internet and 2–4 hours overlap with Pacific Time
Clear spoken and written English for updates, reviews, and questions
Ability to follow instructions and match existing code patterns
Willingness to learn new tools and workflows

What you'll do:
Build and maintain features, integrations, and internal tools
Work from tickets, specs, and examples in the codebase
Ask clarifying questions when something is unclear
Participate in code review and iterate on feedback

How we work:
Async-first, with occasional sync when needed
PR-based workflow (GitHub pull requests)
Paid trial (3–6 hours) before longer engagement
