This position will be responsible for the maintenance of connecting incoming calls to appropriate departments and staff at Global Health Link for our Health Care programs in the state of Minnesota. Global Health Link provides healthcare programs that include 245D waiver services, ICS apartments, Housing Stabilization Services, 24 Hr Emergency Assistance, and ARMHS Mental Health Services.
Responsibilities include:
-The Front Desk Virtual Receptionist must become familiar with our programs and staff for our current programs to appropriately direct calls.
-Establish and monitor a strong tracking system to record all phone logs so that calls get answered appropriately.
-Connect callers to the appropriate person or office for their needs and follow up to ensure that contact was made with the callers.
-Assist in greeting visitors and letting the appropriate staff person know a visitor is here for an appointment.
-Ensure effective, efficient, and professional communication occurs with all interactions.
-Completing phone calls to clients in different programs for client satisfaction surveys annually.
Requirements:
-Experience with other remote US-based positions
-Experience with Excel, and other software is highly desirable
-Customer Service skills
-Professional appearance- this position will be on a screen positioned at the front entry area of our office

Work Hours: 40 hours/ week
M-F 8 AM to 4 PM Central Time
M-F 10 PM to 6 PM PHT
