Customer Support - Forex Trading

We are looking for someone that can help us on the helpdesk of our company. The helpdesk is the most important part of the business as we convert clients here. This means we are looking for someone that has experience with sales conversations. Good English vocabulary is a must and experience in forex trading is a pre.
