We are seeking an experienced CRM and Automation Specialist to join our REI (Real Estate Investment) wholesale business. The ideal candidate will be adept at using Podio for CRM and automation purposes, ensuring smooth operations and enhanced efficiency in our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and customize Podio CRM to meet the specific needs of our REI wholesale business.
Develop and implement automation workflows within Podio to streamline lead management, follow-ups, and deal tracking.
Integrate Podio with other tools and software to enhance functionality and data flow.
Provide training and support to tea
Continuously monitor and optimize the CRM system to ensure it meets evolving business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the CRM system and its automations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in setting up and automating CRMs, specifically using Podio.
Strong understanding of real estate investment and wholesale business processes.
Proficiency in creating and managing workflows, automations, and integrations within Podio.
Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to train and support tea
Examples of previous CRM setups and automation projects within the real estate industry are highly desirable.
