Promo Panda helps professionals worldwide grow their brands and careers through PR and media placement. To scale our operations, we’re hiring an Automation Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on building reliable workflows with middleware tools ( ---------- , n8n, Zapier) and embedding LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) into those flows for classification, enrichment, and summarization tasks.

You’ll be working under and alongside our lead automation developer—this is a collaborative role, not a solo architect position.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Build, maintain, and optimize workflows in ---------- , n8n, and Zapier
• Connect APIs and webhooks across multiple SaaS platforms
• Write lightweight custom scripts when middleware tools need extra support
• Embed LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) into workflows for text classification, summarization, and enrichment
• Monitor, debug, and improve reliability of automation pipelines
• Collaborate with our lead automation developer to prioritize projects and keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For
• Strong hands-on experience with middleware automation platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier)
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data transformations
• Proven ability to embed LLMs into workflows (classification, summarization, dynamic text generation)
• Independent problem-solver who can also take direction and collaborate closely

• Fast learner with high attention to detail

Compensation & Trial
• Initial paid trial: $500 for a 2-week contract (to assess fit and output)
• Potential for ongoing, longer-term engagement depending on performance and company needs
