### About the Role
We are seeking a Wholesale Sourcing and Operations Manager with expertise in Amazon FBA wholesale operations. This role involves opening accounts with brands and authorized distributors to procure high-demand products for sale on Amazon. We aim to source brands with sales exceeding $100K per month.

### Key Responsibilities

**Vendor Sourcing and Relationship Management**
- Open accounts with brands and authorized distributors for Amazon FBA product sales.
- Complete and submit brand approval applications, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Maintain records of communications and applications with brands, monitor application statuses, and address issues promptly.
- Establish relationships with hidden distributors and authorized suppliers catering to Amazon sellers.

**Procurement and Buying**
- Secure purchase orders with weekly targets, aiming for a minimum net margin of 15%.
- Ensure all invoices accompanying purchase orders are valid and accepted by Amazon to avoid issues with unauthorized sellers or invalid documentation.
- Stay updated with Amazon's policies and procedures regarding brand approvals and ensure compliance.
- Explore opportunities to establish direct accounts with brands willing to sell through Amazon.

**Inventory Management**
- Oversee inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient turnover.

**Financial Management**
- Manage finances to drive efficiency and profitability in wholesale distribution.

**Operational Excellence**
- Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of brand approvals.
- Ensure seamless processes and profitable partnerships.

### Qualifications

**Required Experience**
- 3+ years of solid experience with Amazon FBA.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end operations and managing a small team.
- Strong experience in supplier relations, logistics, and inventory management.
- Ability to drive efficiency and growth in wholesale distribution.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools.
