BF Solutions is currently seeking a full time Account Management Associate to join the FedEx and UPS teams. This role will involve participating in team projects, learning about the organization, and gaining a deep understanding of their responsibilities. The primary duties will include billing, providing support to shippers, auditing, and reporting, and ensuring label compliance. As an associate, you will directly report any concerns to your assigned Team Leader and collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Handling various ticket types including Supply, Postal, Claims, Tracers, Commercial Invoices, and Urgent Requests.
•Assisting clients with their inquiries via phone calls or
•Ensuring that customers comply with labeling requirements.
•Preparing invoices for import into billing system, investigating and assigning miscellaneous shipments to the appropriate client.
•Auditing and validating imported data every week.
Skills and qualifications:
•Basic knowledge of company policies and procedures
•Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
•Excellent communication skills
•Organizational and time-management skills
•Sense of ownership in performance and its impact on the company’s success
