AI-Powered Website Designer — Polish Websites Using AI Tools (Full-Time VA)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're a web marketing agency that builds premium websites for local service businesses. We do NOT code manually — we use AI tools to generate and polish websites fast.

We need a full-time VA who has great design taste and knows how to use AI tools to make websites look stunning.

YOUR JOB:
1. Receive an AI-generated website draft via Slack
2. Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Lovable, ChatGPT) to polish it until it looks premium
3. Fix design details: spacing, colors, fonts, animations, mobile responsiveness
4. Push the final version live
5. Repeat 3-5 times per day

These are the standard. If you can make websites look like these using AI tools, you're our person.

WHAT WE CARE ABOUT:
? Design taste — you know what looks good and what looks cheap
? Speed — you can polish a website in 30-60 minutes using AI
? AI fluency — you actively use Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, or similar daily
? Reliability — you show up every day, on time, and deliver
? Attention to detail — spacing, alignment, mobile view, animations

WHAT WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT:
? Formal education or degrees
? Years of "coding experience"
? Manual coding skills (we use AI for that)
? Certifications

REQUIREMENTS:
- You currently use AI tools for web development (show us in your Loom video)
- You have an eye for clean, modern, premium design
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (enough to know what to ask the AI to fix)
- Available full-time Monday-Friday, 8+ hours/day
- Slack for communication
- Reliable internet
- Own computer
