AI Automation Engineer / Workflow Developer

Promptlab AI is a fast-growing AI consulting and automation company helping creative agencies, law firms, and real estate groups save time and scale their operations with AI-powered tools.

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Engineer / Workflow Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving automation systems that integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Zapier, and other third-party tools.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation workflows for client operations (CRM, email, reporting, content, lead generation).
- Build and maintain AI-powered chatbots and assistants (customer support, sales, internal tools).
- Connect APIs and databases (Google Docs, Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Supabase, etc.) into seamless workflows.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and deliver new client solutions.
- Document workflows and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications:
- Strong experience with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier).
- Familiarity with OpenAI API and prompt engineering.
- Good knowledge of API integrations (REST, Webhooks, JSON).
- Experience with databases (SQL, Supabase, Firebase, Airtable).

Bonus: frontend/backend development experience (Node.js, Python, Replit).

We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment and client facing.
