AI Automation Engineer / AI Agent Developer (OpenAI, LangChain, OpenCLAW, Python, AI Agents)

We are looking for a high-performance AI Automation Engineer who lives at the cutting edge of AI and agent development.

This is NOT a beginner role.
This is for someone obsessed with AI, constantly learning, and actively building with the latest tools.

Our company is building AI-powered operational systems across CRM, marketing, outbound prospecting, and client management. We want someone who can spin up AI agents, integrate them into real workflows, and continuously improve them as the AI landscape evolves.

You will be working directly with leadership to design and deploy real AI systems — not theoretical experiments.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and deploy AI agents using modern frameworks (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, OpenCLAW, etc.)
• Create automation workflows that integrate with CRMs, databases, and business tools
• Develop intelligent agents that can manage tasks, data, and internal systems
• Stay constantly updated on the latest AI releases, tools, and breakthroughs (X, GitHub, research papers, etc.)
• Rapidly test and implement new AI tools into live business environments
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of AI systems
• Document systems and create repeatable automation frameworks

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
You are:
• Deeply curious about AI and emerging technologies

• Proactive and not dependent on step-by-step instructions
• Comfortable experimenting with new tools weekly
• Extremely resourceful and solution-oriented

You actively follow:
• AI developments on X (Twitter)
• GitHub repositories
• Open-source AI projects
• New agent frameworks and automation tools

REQUIRED SKILLS (KEYWORD OPTIMIZED):
• Python (automation & API integrations)
• AI Agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, OpenCLAW, etc.)
• OpenAI API / LLM integrations
• Workflow automation (Zapier, Make, custom scripts)
• API integrations and system architecture
• Prompt engineering + agent logic design
• Database handling (Airtable, SQL, or similar)
• GitHub and version control

BONUS (STRONGLY PREFERRED):
• Experience building autonomous AI agents
• Experience integrating AI into CRM systems (Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Experience with RAG systems
• Experience deploying AI tools into real businesses (not just demos)
