JOB OVERVIEW

You MUST Answer The Questions Below To Be Considered! No Answers, No Consideration!

Thanks for checking out our opening. Just a little housekeeping first:

1. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME ON SKYPE until you have submitted your resume / portfolio, I have gone through it and I HAVE REACHED OUT TO YOU! I'm insanely busy and anyone who just skips a step to get ahead will NOT.

2. NO ONE WILL BE CONSIDERED WHO HASN'T ANSWERED THE QUESTIONS AT THE BOTTOM - I'm looking for EXCEPTIONAL English abilities in addition to an eye for meticulously crafted, designed & bundled content.

*********************************

I actually have need for an ENORMOUS content production team! Eventually numbering in the dozens and dozens of people I'm sure. But the person who's going to be my right-hand man/woman and will have the responsibility of handling my personal content and making sure we're creating a TON of it, who's job will be to Extract a lot of my knowledge and expertise from my brain and format it into very clean, organized, beautifully designed & carefully crafted campaigns of Free-to-Paid Information Products & Training will have to prove themselves to be UBER-RELIABLE & UBER-AVAILABLE to work my hours in Salt Lake City Utah, USA - (GMT -7:00)

I have a tremendous amount of design and content work and I need some assistance to get it formatted, crafted and ready to go. There are a few projects right away that would be a perfect place to start.

Please respond with your Resume AND Portfolio of materials you've created already so I can see. I'll certainly have other things for you to use as reference, but I need to see your eye and capability.

This work will consist of creating EVERY KIND of conceivable content/materials - from Videos, to Audios to Written Materials, Graphics, etc... The more things you have familiarity with the better obviously, or the more you have access to solutions for at least! You don't have to be the expert at everything, just the facilitator and one with the ownership of the projects, allowing me to be as hands off as possible beyond the initial direction.

Please answer the following questions in GREAT DETAIL:

1. What's the most ROBUST project you've ever worked on Content Wise, what was your role, what did the project entail, what was the purpose for it and what were the results?

2. Tell me about "Content" in your own words. What is it, why is it important, why would you like your profession to be creating and working with Content? What kind of work is it important for YOU to do with it? What kind of content do you need to work on to feel good about what you're doing?

3. Tell me about the Technical / Design capabilities you have in DETAIL. Provide examples so I can see your work, let me know what platforms and tools you've used and just what the most advanced project or two were that you used them for.

4. Tell me about the flexibility of your schedule to be working through what would essentially be a lot of your "night time" or at least for a few hours during it and then possibly finishing the other hours during your day.

5. When you hear the term "Content Leveraging" or "Leveraged Content" what does that mean to you? Or what do you imagine is meant by that?

6. Tell me your Career Plans and what you're looking for in a Full Time Permanent Position. Do you have a desire to be relied upon and to take on management responsibilities as well as individual workloads?

7. Are you someone who can be relied upon to take ownership of a project and not have to be "spoon-fed" every single instruction? Are you a problem solver? Are you Resourceful and capable of finding solutions to projects on your own, presenting them for approval, and then running with them to finish it on your own?

8. (last 2 questions) Tell me about a MASSIVE FAILURE in your Professional Life! Something that was 100% on you! This will have ZERO IMPACT on your being considered for this position - unless you don't answer it! In which case, you will not be considered. I want to know about a Major Failure, Major Obstacle - not something you overcame, but something that beat you - where you lost completely! And if possible, I want to know what you learned from it and if there was an instance afterward where you were able to apply that knowledge, let me know it.

9. Tell me the most resourceful you've ever been. The most difficult/improbable problem that was looking very grim, but you somehow managed to find an innovative/creative solution for it and you DID triumph.

10. (alright, I lied, one more question) What did you have for breakfast this morning? :)
