Cold call manager for real estate investor

We are hiring a cold call manager who has experience managing cold callers and the lists, data, numbers, and CRMs etc. We currently are using Podio and smrtphone. we are looking at switching to readymode for our dialer. You must be very organized. Must have good english. Must have experience managing cold callers and the data / lists / crms. Must pay attention to detail. Must be fun to work with.
