Met Plus is seeking a dedicated Inventory Replenisher to join our dynamic team. As an Inventory Replenisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company's success by maintaining accurate inventory levels and facilitating smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for ongoing operations.
Review and analyze sales data, demand forecasts, and inventory reports to identify trends and determine replenishment needs.
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to place purchase orders and maintain optimal stock levels.
Track incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and quality of goods received.
Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
Utilize inventory management software and tools to accurately record and update stock levels.
Optimize inventory turnover by implementing efficient replenishment strategies and minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand product demand and align replenishment efforts accordingly.
Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and market conditions to make informed replenishment decisions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or degree in supply chain management or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in inventory management, replenishment, or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficient in using inventory management software and tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory records and order placement.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
