Agency Email Marketing Account Manager - Join a Culture of Continuous Improvement

We are excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for an ambitious and growth-focused individual (AGENCY applications go straight to the trash) to join our team as an account/project Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will have the chance to work with five email marketing clients, leveraging your experience in Klaviyo (preferably already have Klaviyo product certification) and account management to guide our campaigns to success.

Tasks include:
- working with strategist to set email calendar
- ensuring that campaigns are well described and assigned in ClickUp to copywriter/designer/developer
- You are like the quality control on the email assembly line, you take the email from concept to copywriting to design to uploaded in Klaviyo, these tend to move along on their own between each stage but you are checking for quality, ensuring copy makes sense, CTAs visible, etc
- The buck stops with you. If an email isn't ready by deadline or there is an issue with design etc you are the one to solve it, hand the email task off to another teaUpgrade to see actual infomber or potentially even step up to fix yourself in the event that its necessary. You ensure that campaigns are properly scheduled and constantly check email flows to ensure that they are performing well, sign up forms etc
- you will be an expert at making sure that deadlines are met and things are properly delegated, checking in with teammates daily to ensure things are on task.
