DISPUTE MANAGER (PayPal and Klarna) for Dropshipping
Department: Solving disputes
Role: As a dispute manager within our team, you are the leader in solving all our disputes on PayPal and Klarna. As a dispute manager, you can quickly connect with the people in our team and you are prepared to take over the dispute process from A-Z.
Solve all the disputes between PayPal and Klarna 7 days a week
you follow the rules of our dispute handling
Be proactive and take initiative for the benefit of our team
Be able to find a suitable solution for every dispute.
You will be in 1-1 contact with our logistic manager for updates on packages
All disputes are answered 7 days a week
achieve targeted KPIs
communicate with us on a daily basis to ensure everything goes right.

Training will be provided
We are looking for the perfect candidate that can work around 40 hours a week, 7 days a week.
