Remote Full-Time Software QA Engineer Position (Based in the Philippines)

We're in search of a committed, detail-oriented Software QA Engineer based in the Philippines to fortify our growing QA team. As an integral part of our dynamic team, you'll closely partner with a seasoned QA expert, contributing to the QA and QC efforts across a wide array of projects.

**Your Role and Responsibilities:**

- Grasp a thorough understanding of systems and effectively document them
- Conduct meticulous visual QA using tools like BrowserStack across diverse devices
- Perform functional QA to validate system and performance attributes for mobile and web applications
- Carry out QA testing on developer tickets and content
- Complete various content tasks in different systems, ensuring a high degree of precision
- Demonstrate a basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and Selenium. Familiarity with Robot Framework will be a significant advantage
- Display proficiency with QA tools, methods, and concepts
- Develop, manage, and maintain test automation scripts
- Leverage testing tools such as Selenium and Postman for efficient testing
- Conduct API testing and cross-browser testing
- Develop and manage test plans and test cases in Zephyr, execute tests, generate test reports, and conduct debugging
- Create, manage, and enhance JIRA tickets, ensuring clarity and efficiency

- Strong familiarity with Agile workflow and principles, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Our team primarily communicates via Slack and conducts regular ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients
