Analyst - Real Estate Investment

We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Real Estate Investment Analyst with exceptional analytical and spreadsheet skills to support our expanding real estate investment initiatives. This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 10 hours per week initially, with potential for additional hours as responsibilities grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify investment opportunities in specific U.S. Upgrade to see actual infoarch for properties for sale that meet our specified criteria.
Collect and organize data on potential investment properties, such as price, location, condition, rental rates, and occupancy.
Perform complex financial analyses of property investment opportunities, including potential for appreciation, estimated rental yield, and cost of necessary improvements. Build and maintain financial models in Excel or Google Sheets.
Prepare and present clear, concise reports with actionable insights.
Liaise professionally with brokers, property managers, and others to gather more information as required.
Maintain a well-organized database of all properties and respective data/research findings.
Monitor property listings regularly for any changes and provide timely updates.
Handle follow-up communication with brokers and other relevant parties.
Key Qualifications:

Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication Upgrade to see actual infogree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a data-driven role, preferably within real estate or financial analysis.
Exceptional skills in financial modeling and spreadsheet management, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of real estate markets and property valuation.
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and meet deadlines.
Successful performance in this role offers the potential for increased hours and Upgrade to see actual info addition, bonuses will be offered for contributions leading to the purchase of a property.

Ideal candidates would have a Bachelor's degree in a field related to real estate or finance and at least 2 years of experience in a role involving financial analysis, real estate investment, or a similar field. However, exceptional candidates with other backgrounds will also be considered.
