I am actively seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant who is proficient in managing and growing social media presence for my growing mortgage business. The ideal candidate must have an in-depth understanding of social media platforms, namely TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, and possess the necessary skills to leverage AI technologies and the GPT-4 language model.

Job Responsibilities:

Content Research: The VA will be responsible for researching trending topics related to the mortgage business, real estate, and finance industry that can be utilized for engaging content creation across various social media platforms.

Content Creation & Management: Write compelling scripts for video content, creative captions for posts, and handle daily posting. Understand the nature of content that works best on each platform and adapt accordingly.

AI & GPT-4 Utilization: Apply AI and GPT-4 capabilities for creating and managing content. The ability to leverage these technologies to stay on top of trends and algorithm changes will be an essential part of this Upgrade to see actual infomunity Engagement: Respond to comments, answer questions, and engage with our online community to build strong relationships and boost audience engagement.

Video Editing: If you have the ability to edit videos, including sound mixing, adding music, integrating stock footage, creating graphics, and more, it would be an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role in social media management, content creation, and customer engagement.
Excellent understanding of the latest social media trends, changes in algorithms, and platform-specific best practices.
Proficiency in using AI tools, particularly GPT-4, for content creation and trend analysis.
Exceptional video editing skills would be highly advantageous. You should be familiar with the latest video editing software and techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Working Hours:

This is a full-time role requiring 8 hours of work starting from 7 AM PST from Monday to Upgrade to see actual infopensation:
