Create App to Convert Excel Spreadsheets into Graphic

Create a web app that turns an excel spreadsheet into a chart with limited graphics. The Excel spreadsheet input data (field names) will always be the same. The numbers will change.

I can provide an example of the source data and what the finished product should look like and would want it recreated to provide me with a working app that I can input future excel spreadsheets.
