Software Project Manager

UnifiedCommunications is looking for a Project Manager that has experience with a variety of software related projects to join our Digital Experience Upgrade to see actual info this role you will rely on your technical background to outline best practices, implement carefully curated roadmaps and provide guidance on project specifications. You will be responsible for managing the project life cycle from concept to delivery.
The ideal candidate for this position needs to be accurate, highly organized and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a technical background to support the development efforts of our team.

Responsibilities and functions:
• Oversee team operations.
• Manage project lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Author project resource documents, platform conventions, and software specifications
• Oversee development projects from ideation to launch, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as needed to ensure project success.
• Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Provide support for documentation and specification authoring, ensuring that all requirements are clearly defined and documented.
• Manage the developer handoff process, ensuring that all requirements are accurately communicated to the development team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, support, and sales ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and timelines.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects, preferably in a software development environment.
• Strong project management skills, including experience developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand technical requirements and provide technical guidance to product teams.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with product documentation and specification authoring.
• Experience with UI prototyping software like Figma and Adobe DX.
