Business/product analyst - Yourbizfast

Seeking a senior product analyst to work on a multi pronged agile Upgrade to see actual infoeking specializations and a strong understanding of product development life cycle (PDLC), business analysis, and agile/devops practices.

Responsibilities and Duties
This will be for a Canadian tech startup focused on digital transformation and the scaling of SME firms.This position will be reporting to the CEO of Yourbizfast, and eventually the GM of Yourbizfast. This will be an important position of projects to be delivered to clients.

Day to day activities
Comfortable running/designing test scripts, UAT, working with customers
Very strategic - Can create and interpret reports related to customer VRIO, SWOT, STEEPLE, Value Go to market, cloud first, and value chain analysis
Strong understanding of digital marketing, cloud, systems, business functionality
Can formulate opinions on positive/negative changes to an organization
Analytical - can run reports, comfortable with SQL/NoSQL queries, data analytics
Comfortable running standups, sprints - goal is to make this person a product manager at some point
Outside the box thinker that is able to see the bigger picture
CX focus - good at working with customers, interpreting their pain points, translating into deliverables
Requirements gathering and refining project needs for client
Optimization of customer product, sales and marketing - product market fit

Skills required
Bachelors in commerce/MBA
Strong understanding of product and business analysis
Strong understanding of agile and devops projects
Testing, UAT, QA/QC - able to run and design testing
Very data and analytics focused person - always seeking optimization

Monday Dev (sprints, kanban, epics, tasks, backlogs), Vendasta/CRM
Mobile app dev - figma, SDK,

Familiarity/can learn MS Azure, Azure databricks, Azure synapse, etc
