Virtual Assistant for Digital Design Agency

Part-time converting to full-time after 30 days.
$500 per week after 30 days. First 30 days $125 per week.
Must be available CST time Zone.
MUST have previous experience in Digital Marketing/Design Firm
Must speak American English with minimal accent.

We are ready to launch our brand new digital design agency where we will provide our clients with websites, logos, branding, short video, and social media management.

We are in search of someone who can MANAGE our office from A to Z. Experience in managing or owning a digital design firm is MANDATORY for this role as we are in need of someone who can provide direction, manage the team, keep accurate records, and lead this organization to success.

As a new organization, we are looking for someone to
-lead the team in developing SOP's for each service we provide. (most important)
-engage via social media, text, and email and interest clients in our services.
-design plans to grow our client base
- must have some general knowledge about website development and logo design in order to engage our clients in meaningful conversations about their needs.
-document the needs of our clients and share them with the development and design teams

Prior experience in some type of web design agency is a MUST. We do not have the ability to train you for this type of prior experience.
