Hiring a Web Portal Developer

We are looking for an experienced Web Portal Developer, along with a future role-out of a mobile app. This is a experienced senior role. Must have:

1. Proficient in Nodejs, Angular / PHP and Nosql DBs.
2. Data would need be consumed from an API, processed and displayed on the portal.
3. Sending request to a third-party to place an order using their API
4. The expertise to lay out strategy, right from product research to launch to growth.
5. Other relevant expertise.
