About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Video Editor with graphic design experience to join our team. The primary responsibility of the role will be to produce high-quality, engaging video content for learning programs and marketing. Additionally, the successful candidate will support the company’s rebranding by designing graphics for the website and social media.

The ideal candidate should have experience in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design, with an eye for detail and a strong creative vision. They must be highly creative, with a passion for design and storytelling. Additionally, the successful candidate must be up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends to ensure our content is fresh, relevant, and impactful.


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to produce engaging video content for learning programs
Develop and execute creative concepts for rebranding the company, including graphic design for the website and social media
Edit and assemble raw footage and incorporate sound and visual effects into a finished product that aligns with project goals
Create and edit soundtracks and audio tracks for videos as needed
Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts or support broader team projects when required
Take part in brainstorming sessions and provide input for new ideas and concepts
Repurpose existing designs and marketing materials
Manage multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or any equivalent degree in Arts/Graphic Design/Creative Multimedia or other relevant programs
At least 3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Lightroom)
Solid understanding of branding and visual identity
Strong attention to detail, proactive, and have a solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Experience in creating educational video content is a plus
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to take constructive feedback and apply it to their work
