JOB OVERVIEW

Part time but will turn into full time for the right candidate
I have a marketing agency in San Diego, CA and our ideal client is Roofers. I'm looking for the right candidate that is a go getter, excels under pressure, determined, and dedicated and very self motivated

The candidate will send a high volume of outreach Upgrade to see actual info via Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info, taking inbound calls, making outbound calls and set appointments.

What You'll Do:

Generate new business by sending a high volume of cold outreach via Upgrade to see actual info or Facebook [500 messages] with our scripts and calling the positive responses immediately to set an appointment for the sales rep.
Generate new business by cold calls to set appointments
Achieve and exceed established daily and monthly sales Upgrade to see actual infoe slack to communicate with the team
Use gohighlevel to schedule and make calls
Utilize active listening skills to build rapport, understand customer needs and their motivation and schedule an appointment.
Utilize strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to overcome customer objections.
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and provide every customer with an exceptional experience throughout the entire process, adhering to all company processes, procedures and guidelines.
Leverage multi-tasking skills to maintain a high level of productivity throughout the day.
Ensure strong attention to detail when entering customer data at high level of accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications with familiarity:

Strong fluent english
Familiar with Slack
Gohighlevel [not required but a plus]
Calls must be in a quiet place no background noise
Prior work experience within retail sales, cold outbound reach, call center, customer service
