We are a dynamic property management company based in Australia and we have an exciting new opportunity available for a highly organized individual with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. We are seeking a motivated individual who possesses a proven track record in organizing, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality work.

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Meticulous attention to detail

- Demonstrated ability to work independently without constant supervision

- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficiency in simple graphic design and video editing
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
Primary Responsibilities:
As part of our team, you will primarily focus on marketing and customer engagement. Your tasks will include:
* Social Media Marketing: Utilize platforms such as Facebook and other online channels for effective marketing strategies.
* PPC Advertising: Manage Google and Facebook advertising campaigns to drive maximum reach and results.
* Maintain Social Media Presence: Regularly post advertisements, respond to messages and comments, and engage with the audience on our company's Facebook page and other relevant platforms.
* Rooms Vacancies Advertisements: Create and post rooms vacancies on various websites, including Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info.
* Customer Support: Address inquiries promptly and provide excellent customer service.
* Handle Notices: Process customer inquiries and send out necessary notices.
Additional Responsibilities:
In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for the following tasks:
- Coordinate repair tasks, including liaising with tradespeople, obtaining quotes, and confirming completion.
- Manage phone calls, both incoming and outgoing.
- Perform various administrative duties to support the team.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have the following:
- A noise-cancelling headset with a clear microphone for effective communication.
- Reliable internet connection with backup options.
- Two monitors to enhance productivity.
- Webcam for video conferencing and virtual meetings.
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office.
- A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
