Primary Responsibilities:
As part of our team, you will primarily focus on marketing and customer engagement. Your tasks will include:
* Social Media Marketing: Utilize platforms such as
* PPC Advertising: Manage Google and
* Maintain Social Media Presence: Regularly post advertisements, respond to messages and comments, and engage with the audience on our company's
* Rooms Vacancies Advertisements: Create and post rooms vacancies on various websites, including
* Customer Support: Address inquiries promptly and provide excellent customer service.
* Handle Notices: Process customer inquiries and send out necessary notices.
Additional Responsibilities:
In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for the following tasks:
- Coordinate repair tasks, including liaising with tradespeople, obtaining quotes, and confirming completion.
- Manage phone calls, both incoming and outgoing.
- Perform various administrative duties to support the team.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have the following:
- A noise-cancelling headset with a clear microphone for effective communication.
- Reliable internet connection with backup options.
- Two monitors to enhance productivity.
- Webcam for video conferencing and virtual meetings.
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office.
- A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
