Etsy Print On Demand POD Product Researcher and Designer

We are seeking a virtual assistant to support the operations of our Etsy store Print on Demand POD. The successful candidate will have a background in SEO and research the competition for the best seller.

The design aspect of this role is secondary.

The number one skill is finding best sellers and creating different products we can print on demand (e.g. ShineOn, POD Jewelry, Printify, and several POD suppliers mostly focused on jewelry message cards.). The important skill is to be able to create new messages or different angles and approaches for the product.

Average knowledge of Canva is ok since the graphics are not so creative or complex. I am using a simple solid background design using Upgrade to see actual info.

They will also have excellent writing skills and the ability to craft engaging product descriptions and Upgrade to see actual info this role, the virtual assistant will be responsible for researching, designing, and uploading new card designs to the Etsy platform, writing product descriptions and messages, and managing the listing and updating of our products.

The ideal person will know how to search for jewelry best-seller themes and cards using eRank, InsightFactory, and EtsyHunt and look at competitors on Etsy.
1) Knowing how to research and chose the best phrase and design eRank is the #1 skill.
2) Creating the messages is the second most important but we can use Quillbot or any AI to rewrite. The design is a simple solid background
3) Listing the product is easy and manual work and easy to learn.

Responsibilities:
Research the best-seller cards and messages on Etsy using eRank and competitor’s Upgrade to see actual infoe Insight Factory App
Write compelling product descriptions and messages for our cards
Design and create new card designs for our Etsy store using graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
List and update products on the Etsy platform, including adding images and relevant tags
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for our store
Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
Previous experience with Print on demand - POD research.

Need to have a stable Internet connection and a PC with Windows 10, Mac, or Upgrade to see actual infoerview with a camera (e.g. skype, Facebook, WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.)

Strong background in eRank and POD research, and some graphic design using Canva
Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using the Etsy platform and knowledge of best practices for product listing and marketing
Experience working as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is a plus
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
