About The Role

Project Managers are integral members of our client success team. The Project Manager ensures that we meet the expectations of our clients. They play an active role in ensuring client projects are moving forward and meet delivery dates while also providing general support and collaborating with Account Managers to ensure clients have a great experience and maintain the health of our client success department.

They require a high degree of dependability where they're able to consistently meet expectations, meet delivery dates and ensure that the job gets done. They require a high caliber of professionalism and communication skills to connect with others.

This position is full-time and remote, meaning you can work from anywhere you’d like. Working hours will be from 9am - 5pm EASTERN TIME.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assist the Account Manager with overseeing multiple clients at various points in the program (80 clients max at a time)

- Managing the client journey from Onboarding to program completion using tasks, deal stages and notes in Hubspot

- Ensure clients are completing any tasks assigned to them in a timely manner

- Actively responding to inbound support requests through email w/ 24 hour MAX response time

- Escalate support requests to client’s Account Manager when necessary

- Accurate documentation of the client journey in Hubspot w/ 1x/wk progress updates

- Review and collect data from active clients and provide a summary to the Account Managers for review

- Putting together a report for the Client Success Team Lead so they can gauge the overall health of clients

- Review client accounts in Hubspot to ensure the Account Manager is providing support, keeping the account up to date and quickly identifying any potential risks for the client

- Assist Account Managers and leadership with miscellaneous client-related operations tasks as needed

What Makes You A Fit

At least 1 year of customer service and/or project management experience
Strong communication skills (both verbally and written)
Fluent English
Highly dependable. Able to meet deliver Upgrade to see actual infofortable compiling data.

Be coachable. Be willing to learn from other people who’ve excelled in your role before you.
