We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Instagram Outreach Assistant to join our Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to Instagram theme pages, utilizing the Modash program to identify relevant pages that align with our target demographics. Your primary objective will be to gather information about pricing and reach for promotional opportunities on these pages. Additionally, you will establish effective communication channels with the pages and compile all acquired data into a comprehensive Google Sheet for analysis.

Responsibilities:

Identify Relevant Instagram Theme Pages: Utilize the Modash program or similar tools to identify Instagram theme pages that cater to our target demographics.

Reach Out to Theme Pages: Initiate contact with the identified Instagram theme pages through direct messages or other appropriate Upgrade to see actual inforoduce our brand or product and express interest in potential collaboration opportunities.

Gather Pricing and Reach Information: Engage in meaningful conversations with theme pages to inquire about their pricing structure for promotional opportunities. Obtain information on the estimated reach and engagement that their pages Upgrade to see actual infotablish Communication Channels: Determine the most effective methods of contacting and coordinating with each theme page. This may involve obtaining email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, or other preferred communication platforms.

Maintain Documentation: Record all gathered information, including pricing, reach, and preferred contact methods, in a designated Google Sheet or similar system. Ensure the sheet is regularly updated with new data.

Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with internal teams, such as the marketing or social media team, to align outreach efforts with overall promotional strategies. Share relevant information and insights to enhance collaboration and decision-making.

Monitor Industry Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Instagram influencer marketing. Continuously explore new theme pages and emerging influencers that align with our target audience.

Analyze and Report: Provide periodic reports on the outcomes of outreach efforts, including success rates, pricing trends, and overall campaign Upgrade to see actual infoe these insights to optimize future outreach strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Instagram outreach or influencer marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of Instagram's algorithm and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to secure favorable promotional terms.
A detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in using Google Sheets or similar tools for data entry and analysis.
