JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telephone Programmer/IT Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing telephone systems and providing technical support. As a Telephone Programmer/IT Tech, you will be responsible for managing the call center's telephone systems and ensuring that they are operating at peak efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities

1. Manage Telephone Systems: You will be responsible for managing the call center's telephone systems, including configuring phone lines, setting up IVR menus, and managing call routing.
2. Provide Technical Support: You will provide technical support to call center staff, troubleshooting issues related to telephone systems and other IT equipment.
3. Develop and Maintain Telephone Systems: You will work with IT to develop and maintain telephone systems, such as phone systems, CRM software, and reporting tools.
4. Ensure Compliance: You will ensure that the call center's telephone systems are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards, such as PCI-DSS and HIPAA.
5. Collaborate with Other Departments: You will collaborate with other departments, such as IT and operations, to ensure that the telephone systems are aligned with the overall business strategy.
6. Manage Telephone System Vendors: You will be responsible for managing telephone system vendors, including negotiating contracts and ensuring that service level agreements are met.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in telephone system management and technical support
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of telephone systems, networking, and software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
