Cold Caller

We are a real estate acquisitions company, we do assignment contracts, flipping, buy & hold deals, etc. The fuel of our business are sellers who need to sell and don't want to list their home. Hence why we are seeking out at least one new cold caller to add to our team. We have been around for almost 3 years now and have had a few cold callers in the past that didn't work out but have learned what we're looking for based on those experiences. Bellow is our criteria and conditions for the job.

-Must be a native English speaker or have very little accent.

-Must have at least some experience cold calling.

-Must have a reliable and fast internet connection and a relatively quiet work environment.

-Looking for someone who can work between 3 and 6 hours a day depending on how effective they are at generating leads.

-Callers will be required to obtain certain information from the potential client, and add them into our Upgrade to see actual info will be expected that callers can generate 2-3 qualified leads each day.

We are looking to hire someone that can work with us long term and wants to stay with the same company. The opening offer will be an initial 30 day contract at a fixed rate with the potential for raises and bonuses later down the road.
