Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled International Hiring Manager to oversee and manage our hiring initiatives in the Philippines, Colombia, Canada etc.. The ideal candidate has experience in global talent acquisition, preferably within these regions, and has a knack for identifying and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the job markets in the Philippines, Colombia and Canada.
- Manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local recruitment agencies and educational institutions to source potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
- Work closely with local and international teams to identify staffing needs and hiring timelines.
- Establish performance metrics for recruitment efforts and regularly report on these metrics.
- Foster a company culture that attracts and retains high-quality employees.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; HR Certification preferred.
- Proven experience in international talent acquisition, specifically in the Philippines and Colombia.
- Proficiency in English and Filipino, Spanish is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
- Proficient in using HRIS and recruitment software.
