JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a rockstar virtual assistant who is a jack of all trades and a master of many! As a busy entrepreneur, you'll be working with me on various Real Estate transactions and entrepreneurial projects. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires someone who thrives in a changing environment and can manage multiple tasks at once.

What you'll be doing:

Managing Real Estate transactions, including but not limited to property listings, scheduling showings, coordinating with other agents, and maintaining client files.
Assisting with various entrepreneurial projects such as social media management, content creation, and research.
Being my right-hand person and helping me manage my day-to-day activities.
What we're looking for:

Someone who loves to learn and is excited about using new programs and systems.
A multi-tasker who can seamlessly jump between different projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Someone who is comfortable working independently and takes ownership of their work.
Strong communication skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
At least 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
Skills and tools you should have:

Experience using BrokerMint
Graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
Social media management experience (especially Instagram)
Ability to create and manage an Excel social media calendar
Proficiency in English
