Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer

We are a new home sales brokerage that completes the marketing and sales for new real estate developments.

We are looking for someone to deal with third party marketing agencies that we hire such as creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, etc. below is a sample of the marketing material we create for our new developments.

Although the third party agencies will complete the majority of the marketing material, we still need to circulate/communicate our comments and revisions. We also create certain marketing items inhouse such as pricelists, eblasts, text blasts, brochures, etc. we need someone who has good graphic creative abilities as well as the ability to create marketing material with a sales perspective to ensure we have sufficient CTA across all marketing assets.

Qualification:
- The individual for this role must be very good at using platforms such as photoshop, illustrator and in-design.
- Minimum 3 years experience
