VA Needed: Run A Podcast For A Growing Brand

Seeking a Virtual Assistant who can manage a podcast for us. Experience managing social media (creating channels, creating posts, channel engagement, etc), editing podcasts (1 to 2 hours long), creating short 3 to 15-minute clips from those podcasts and posting them on social media, and creating our website from scratch (website, blog, and eventually linking to an e-commerce site).

We need someone who is kind, a team player, open to feedback, quick to complete tasks, and follows through with consistent work.

You will be required to report daily on when you are starting, when you can leave for breaks/lunch, and when you are signing off at the end of the day.

Also, at the beginning of each day, you will be required to share what you are going to get done today. This lets our team know if you're working on the right tasks for that day or if we should adjust those with you.

Also, at the end of each day, you will be required to report on what you accomplished that day.

On your start date, you will be required to review and sign our company employee handbook which explains some of our company culture and goes over things like days off, paid days off, etc.

You must write down and track all tasks given to you in a Google Spreadsheet and keep all tasks updated there.

We provide all the job training as needed so if you have a great work ethic and can learn quickly, you'll do great.

You must understand the basics of most of the following platforms very well to be considered:
- Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
- Dropbox, LastPass (login/pw exchanging), website software like WordPress or Clickfunenls, e-commerce softwares like Shopify, and email platforms like Mailchimp.

- Daily usage of Google Docs and Facebook Messenger is required.

We are Central Standard Time and would need to have overlapping work times (CST time zone) so we need to know what your availability will be.
