Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, goal-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR)/ Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for driving our business growth by setting qualified appointments with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Reach out to potential customers to assess their interest in our services and set appointments with key decision-makers.
3. Maintain a high level of activity (calls and emails) to meet and exceed monthly quotas and performance targets.
4. Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to improve lead generation.
6. Provide regular reports to management on pipeline and forecast.
7. Participate in ongoing sales training and workshops.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Proven track record of exceeding high-volume sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6. Self-starter who can thrive in a flexible, team-oriented environment.
7. Experience in cold calling and email marketing is a plus.
