Sales & Marketing Manager

Baie Botanique is a natural and organic multi-award-winning skincare brand based in the UK.

Are you good with sales? Do you have a proven track record of hitting sales goals through creative digital marketing activities?

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and help us reach our sales goals.

- Assess and analyze current sales projections, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans accordingly.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products expand our client base and increase brand visibility.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue and achieve or surpass sales goals and meet KPI's.

- Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.

- Track and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Sales and Marketing Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field required.
- At least 2 years experience in Marketing
- Good graphic design skills
- Experience running Facebook ads
- Excellent English conversational and written skills
- Able to create web pages on a page builder such as Pagefly/shopify

Working hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday UK time (fixed)
3 pm - 12 am from the end of March to the end of October and then 4 pm - 1 am PH time from the end of October to the end of March (changes twice a year due to British summertime) and you will be expected to be working during these hours.
