JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote Work

Job Overview:

We're in search of an organized and proactive Office Administrator for two of our main sites: Upgrade to see actual info and Upgrade to see actual info. Your role will encompass a diverse set of tasks ranging from guest outreach research, social media management, content creation, and more. Prior experience in these areas isn't required, as training will be provided, but a keen willingness to learn and an eye for detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Outreach Research (Immediate): Conduct targeted research based on provided keywords/phrases to find relevant sites for guest posting. Tasks include recording URLs, noting relevant details for email customization, identifying authors, and finding their email addresses.

Social Media Management (Immediate): Grow our presence on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest through strategic posting, liking, following, and sharing content.

Content Creation (Future): Assist with uploading and formatting new articles on WordPress, conducting image research and attribution, creating graphics, and researching article content.

Content Creation and SEO (Potential Future Work): Conduct keyword research and potentially assist with article writing.

Tools to be used include: Google, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, ChatGPT, Google Forms, Upgrade to see actual info, WordPress, Canva.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent command of English (B1 level or higher), both verbal and written.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Excellent time management skills.
High-speed internet connection.
