Medical Practice Analytics Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Practice Analytics Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the entire practice, by provider, by employee, and by division, and also generating KPI reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The Medical Practice Analytics Associate will also build dashboards to show KPIs of the practice on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain KPIs for the entire medical practice, including by provider, by employee, and by division.
Generate KPI reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve practice performance.
Build dashboards to show KPIs of the practice on an ongoing basis.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in medical practice analytics or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI or Dynamics 365.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of medical billing and coding a plus.
