Business Development Strategist

The role of the Business Development Strategist is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of our organization. With a primary focus on generating leads, analyzing market trends, and crafting effective strategies, the Business Development Strategist plays a vital role in the pursuit of new high-value business opportunities and clients. This position requires a keen ability to identify emerging prospects, evaluate market dynamics, and leverage insights to shape our business development efforts. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting compelling proposals, and negotiating deals, the Business Development Strategist establishes enduring partnerships to foster long-term success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, target markets, and industry trends.
• Generate leads and build a pipeline of qualified prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to facilitate business growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional strategies to attract new clients.
• Analyze and evaluate potential business opportunities, considering factors such as profitability, market demand, and competition.
• Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
• Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging market opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and identifying new high-value business opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze market trends, identify prospects, and develop effective strategies.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully closing deals and achieving business development targets.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Marketing, media, or communications diploma or degree (associate degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or a related field.

Job Types: Independent Contractor

Hours - Monday-Friday: 8:30 pm - 5:30 am (EST) Manila time
20 hours/week
