EK Estates is in the real estate and land investing business. Our primary focus is land acquisitions and we are looking to add an experienced operations manager to join our growing team. This key role serves as the head of research and due diligence and is extremely important to the day to day operations of the company.

About

As our Operations Manager, you will be responsible for initial property qualification as well as higher level due diligence including title research, floodplains, and road access checks. All training will be provided on job, so don't worry if you have not done this before.

You will work closely with our land acquisitions manager to gather links for us to evaluate and price properties. The day-to-day functions of this role require a high attention to detail and familiarity with the research tools we will provide. The ideal candidate should be extremely reliable and efficient with their day to day tasks.

This is a full time remote position with a competitive salary plus bonuses. We are looking to hire someone with an interest in real estate who is looking for long term work. We offer a supportive environment and the opportunity to grow within the company. We will train the right candidate on all of the necessary skills to carry out this role.


Primary Responsibilities:
???? Initial qualification of properties
???? Higher level due diligence using various software tools
???? CRM Management
???? Market research
???? Regular communication with our Land Acquisitions Manager
???? Administrative tasks (scheduling, file management, DocuSign, etc.)
???? Data management


Requirements:
? Strong analytical skills
? Attention to detail
? Excellent communication skills
? Basic computer skills

Not Requirements, But a Plus:
Knowledge of the following software: Pebble, Slack, Google MyMaps, Land.ID, DocuSign, DataTree, Asana

Some real estate experience is a plus!

Pay:
We are offering an hourly wage of $5-7/hour DPE. Some exceptions can be made for highly qualified candidates
