We are a community of online entrepreneurs recruiting an Amazon Creative Director to join us. We specialize in physical product brands currently operating 8 brands in the following markets: dietary supplements, tea, natural skincare, cosmetics, bulk health foods, spices, and sweeteners.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
-Must have at least 3 years of professional experience in creative roles within Amazon, advertising, marketing, or design industry are usually necessary.
-Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills and experience. This may include examples of successful campaigns, design projects, or other creative work that showcases ability to generate innovative ideas, think strategically, and execute high-quality creative solutions.
-Ability to think strategically, understand target audiences, and align creative efforts with broader marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
-Proficiency in relevant design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as a good understanding of emerging digital and design trends including Ai Tools.
-Able to articulate ideas, provide clear direction, and build relationships to ensure smooth collaboration and successful execution of creative projects.
-Solid understanding of e-commerce best practices, user experience (UX) design, and conversion optimization
-Experience in analyzing performance metrics, and using data insights to inform creative strategies and optimizations

How you will create Value:
-Develop and execute the overall creative strategy aligned with the brand's objectives, target audience, and market trends. This involves defining the creative direction, messaging, and visual identity for various campaigns and initiatives.
-Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to foster their growth and ensure the team's cohesion and productivity.
-Oversee and maintain the brand's visual identity and ensure consistency across all Upgrade to see actual infovelop and update brand guidelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand compliance in marketing materials, packaging, website design, and other channels.
-Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the creative team. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and breakthrough creative solutions.
-Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform creative strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation. Leverage data and market intelligence to develop creative solutions that effectively resonate with the target audience.
-Oversee the creation and execution of all projects developed by the creative team in terms of copy and design, and also responsible for the overall quality of outputs
-Serve as the point person for all branding creative directions from the CEO, disseminate and delegate tasks as may be required
-Act as the task manager for the team, assign and supervise daily workload and ensure timely completion and quality of all the projects
-Report to the CEO all creative strategies, proposals, output, and updates produced by the creative team
Improves quality results by reviewing, evaluating, re-designing, and recommending changes to copywriting and designs
