A Full Time Loan Processor will be fully trained and/or have prior experience in the below: -

Take Full ownership of home loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Verify borrower information, including income, employment, credit history, and overall current financial position of borrower(s).
Ensure home loan applications are complete and accurate, including loan application forms, property valuation reports, and other required documents.
Submit home loan applications and documentation to the recommended credit provider/lender/bank for approval using CRM platform(s).
Communicate with applicants/borrowers to request additional information or clarification on loan applications as Upgrade to see actual infomunicate with loan officers, assessors/underwriters, and other stakeholders to gather and organise home loan documentation.
Follow up on outstanding conditions and address and complete any loan conditions in a timely manner to ensure applications can be converted to final approval.
Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and respond to enquiries related to loan status and documentation.
Perform administrative office duties from time to time or as required.
