Email Marketing Specialist

Be part of the expansion of this stunning fashion brand, as the Email Marketing Specialist. You will take ownership of the brands email and SMS Marketing campaigns, and bring your expertise for Data to effectively execute, plan, create and strategise across all aspects of email marketing.

Responsibilities:
Successfully execute seasonal email and SMS marketing strategies.
Planning of monthly content plans for email, SMS and online blogs
Build, copy write and send a minimum of 3 EDMs per week
Analysis of key metrics such as open rate, click through rate (CTR), conversions etc
Be data driven! Develop customer segments across key categories based on previous behavioural/shopping patterns
Segment and send EDMs to key audiences who are most interested and likely to engage with the subject.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and call-to-action buttons to optimise engagement and conversion rates
Key Skills:
It is key you can understand this brands tone of voice and truly understand the target audience to most effectively communicate to consumers
You are skilled in Klaviyo or other marketing platforms
You can utilise and bring knowledge of Adobe Suite
Impeccable spelling, grammar and English language skills.
A highly organised and motivated individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is eager to succeed.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to set timelines.
Previous experience working with customer loyalty programs is advantageous, but not essential.
