## **Roles and Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, and written content) that is relevant to the target audience and aligned with the brand's tone and messaging.
- Plan and schedule content in advance to ensure a consistent and regular posting schedule.
- Monitor social media platforms and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and data to measure the success of social media campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams (designers, writers, marketing, etc.) to ensure that social media content is aligned with overall marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices and make recommendations for integrating them into social media strategies.

## **Result:**

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms, creating engaging and high-quality content, and analyzing metrics and data to optimize social media performance. By successfully executing these responsibilities, the Social Media Manager will contribute to the company's overall success by increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and increasing the company's online presence. Additionally, the Social Media Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that social media content is aligned with overall marketing strategies and initiatives and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure continued growth and success.

## **Requirements:**

- Proven work experience of min. 3 years as a social media manager or similar role, with a strong track record of creating and executing successful social media strategies.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audience demographics, and best practices for optimizing engagement and reach.
- Experience in analyzing social media metrics and data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
