Currently, we're looking for a committed, passionate, and experienced Science Teacher or STEM tutoring specialist from the Philippines to join our full-time team. This long-term, full-time position focuses on two Science subjects – Physics and Chemistry. Role Summary:
In this full-time, remote role, you'll handle diverse tasks, mainly enhancing and managing our question databases and creating educational materials that fit our local curriculum. A stable internet connection is crucial as you'll be working from home. If you're comfortable with this set-up and are excited to contribute your expertise, we're eager for you to join us!

Main Duties:
• Build and handle our science question database, which involves designing questions, crafting images, filing and supplying complete solutions (lots of training available!).
• Review, edit and draft course materials, worksheets, and other educational resources that sync with our services and brand.
• Create science-specific blogs, articles, and guides.
• Work with our instructional design management team on internal projects within your area of expertise.
• Carry out other administrative tasks as needed by the management.
• Provide online tutoring as necessary, through chatbot interaction and Q&A Upgrade to see actual infote: As you advance in this role, your responsibilities and opportunities will expand as well, making this a perfect career for long-term growth.

Qualifications and Skills:
• You have a solid understanding and expertise in Physics and Chemistry. We give preference to those who are teachers, tutors, or degree holders in the field of STEM.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are a cornerstone of your skill set. This includes your ability to write technical content and create effective science questions.
• You are well-organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You can build and manage a science question database, an essential part of your content development skills.
• With your knack for writing, you can craft textbooks or other learning resources – with great English command.
• Computer savvy, you're proficient with office software and possess basic technical skills.
• You have the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Your creativity shines through your work as you design engaging and innovative learning materials.
• Even in a fast-paced environment, your excellent time management skills ensure you meet deadlines.
• Adaptability is one of your strong points, making you flexible to changing circumstances.
• Last but not least, you're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
