Champion Social Media/Versatile VA Needed ASAP

I am an entrepreneur looking to hire a versatile social media and personal virtual assistant that can handle all aspects of my businesses. I own multiple businesses and need to accomplish various tasks in a short amount of time.

That’s where you come in! I am seeking a VA who can confidently accomplish the tasks I assign without much direction and someone who takes initiative. This is a position with potential for manager leadership role in the near future!!

This is a full time, salary position paid weekly. This is a long-term position we are Upgrade to see actual infondidate must also be willing to work during working hours of United States Central time zone (CST).

The type of social media content this is focused around is real estate and entrepreneurship related. Any work experience with those fields is not required but definitely a plus.

Required Responsibilities

- Post daily content to build up awareness to brand. We will provide membership to social media scheduling platform and a majority of the content.
- Comment/Grow social media following across multiple platforms (Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.) with thoughtful ideas/comments.
- Utilize ChatGPT to develop social media content.
- Monitor KPIs for social media accounts and adjust as needed
- Schedule/coordinate various projects as needed
- Input/manage prospects inside database/CRM
- Send emails/complete research as needed
- Communicate daily with team leader


Job-Specific Requirements

- Must have at least 2 years of social media experience which includes scheduling posts, creating content, growing social media accounts, commenting on social media, etc.
- Must have deep understanding and knowledge on how to grow social media accounts ORGANICALLY
- Must be able to accomplish tasks with little direction to grow the business and brand
-Although not required, the ability to speak English and articulate correctly will put you to the TOP of the consideration list.

Detail oriented enough to track our social media account on a daily basis
Creative thinking and Must possess strong written and verbal English communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google applications
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills like Skype
Candidate must be self-motivated and detail-oriented
Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and practice efficient Work habits
Ability to work independently, follow instructions and also can think outside the box in order to achieve required tasks
Team player who wants to grow with the business long term.
