Data Analyst

Responsibilities:
* Parse, clean, and organize large amounts of data related to names and addresses in Excel spreadsheets.
* Use Excel functions and formulas to extract and manipulate data.
* Verify and maintain data accuracy and completeness, including identifying and correcting errors.
* Collaborate with other tea ---------- mbers to ensure that data is entered in a timely and accurate manner.
* Develop and implement procedures for data entry and management, including quality control measures.
* Continuously improve data entry processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor in Information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or other relevant experience working with data and data analytics
* Must have Structured Query Language skills and intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
* Ability to analyze large data sets
* Proactive in communicating with the team any identified areas of opportunity
* Excellent organization skills to handle multiple tasks within set deadlines
* Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively convey information and develop presentations for multiple levels of the organization
* Must be willing to work on US Business hours
* Experience on workforce management with a call center company is an advantage
