Quality Control Associates

Responsibilities:

In a fast-paced environment, learn difficult concepts quickly.

Evaluate product quality based on customer reviews, feedback, and complaints.

Work with cross-functional departments including overseas offices to resolve quality-related issues and provide Upgrade to see actual infomunicate with the factory regarding product quality issues and seek resolution.

Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.

Track progress and provide updates on product improvement Upgrade to see actual infovelop reporting to identify problems.

Identify issues that impact customer satisfaction during the product life cycle and present solutions to Senior Management Upgrade to see actual infovelop reporting to identify problems.

Assist in process implementation.



Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Ability to understand complex instructions.

Strong working knowledge of Excel. (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, FORMULAS) as well as Microsoft Office.

Must be a team player.

Bi-lingual Chinese Mandarin is a plus.

Minimum 3 years working experience.
