JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and hard-working lead caller/customer service associate to call leads and set appointments and answer customer queries and complaints in a quick, proficient, and professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

Call customers from the list of leads
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and outstanding customer service and communicating with customers through various customer channels. (Social Media, Email, Phone call)
Identifying customer questions, concerns, and overall needs, and responding promptly, and providing accurate answers and solutions.
Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner.
Be knowledgeable in the operational process and follow operations procedures.
Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
Performing other duties as the need arises.

Requirements and Qualifications:

At least 1 year of Lead calling/cold calling experience.
Experience in Solar Cold Calling is a big plus!
At least 2 year Customer service experience.
Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written)
Average computer literacy
Motivated, energetic and driven work ethic
Outgoing, friendly and compassionate personality
Time management skills
Ability to work independently or with a team
Ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
Ability to work with less supervision
